WILTHORPE PARK has a newly refurbished play area after a £42,000 renovation project was completed.
The play area was opened last week on Friday, June 10.
The play area has undergone a makeover thanks to the Friends of Wilthorpe Park Group who secured the £42,000 grant to update the facilities.
The funding, provided by WREN, a community fund, has helped to update the existing facilities and provide a new climbing frame, swing, seating and safety surface.
