POPULAR retailers - including New Look and River Island - have signed up for a new £36m development at Cortonwood.
Deals have been signed so that construction can begin on the retail development that will be an extension to the existing site. It is set to create over 200 jobs.
Outfit, H&M, New Look, River Island, Marks and Spencer Simply Food, Clarks, JD Sports, Wilko, Poundland and Frankie & Benny's have all signed up to take units at the new site, that will be known as Cortonwood Shopping Park.
