NINE MEN from Barnsley have been charged following a fatal quad bike crash which killed four young people near Hemsworth last September.
Ryan Beal, 20, Brandon Brown, 20, Alexandra Binns, 18 and Terrie Louise Kirby, 16 - all from Upton - died following the collision, between a quad bike and sports car, on September 27, on the A6201 between Upton and Hemsworth.
Police yesterday charged ten men in connection with the incident - nine from Barnsley.
Daniel Raynor, 23, from Barnsley, has been charged with four counts of death by dangerous driving and two counts of dangerous driving.
Matthew Todd, 21, from Barnsley, has been charged with four counts of aiding and abetting death by dangerous driving.
Clark Henfrey, 19, from Barnsley, has been charged with dangerous driving and with encouraging and assisting in the commission of a dangerous driving offence.
Stephen Hebden, 22, Lee Fisher, 28, Mark Mason, 23, Jack Dickinson-Ellis, 19, Jake Hackleton, 20, and Nathan Jackson, 20, all from Barnsley, have all been charged with encouraging and assisting in the commission of a dangerous driving offence.
Sam Rowley, 19, from Sheffield, was also charged with encouraging and assisting in the commission of a dangerous driving offence.
All the men are on bail and due to appear at Wakefield Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 4.
