THE RSPCA are investigating after a dog was filmed being beaten by a woman from Barnsley.
The video has attracted thousands of views, and shows the woman kick and strike the white dog which then lies helpless on the ground.
A petition for the RSPCA to take action has been set up in light of the incident, attracting thousands of signatures.
