ALMOST 1,500 fines were issued for dog fouling and littering in just three months.
A report by the Council shows the number of fines for dog fouling and littering is on the rise.
From October to December last year, 1,453 fines were issued and 129 environmental enforcement related prosecutions were carried out.
There has also been an increase in the amount of recorded fly-tipping across the town.
