A NEW business park that hopes to eventually attract a hotel and drive through set up has officially launched.
R-evolution, Gateway 36 Business Park is being marketed to commercial property agents.
The R-evolution site, situated on 15 acres of land, is located by Junction 36 of the M1 and has been designed to meet the region’s rising demand for new industrial units.
Three units ranging from 13,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. have now been built and are available for lease.
R-evolution @ Gateway 36, will, in total, create more than 450 new jobs.
