A SINGLE mum from Barnsley has achieved her dream and opened her own business.
Samantha Bell, 45, of Parker Street, has opened nail salon Blinkin Sassy in the town centre.
She initialy studied nail technology and beauty at Barnsley College as a hobby but went on to get a degree.
Sam said: “As a single parent is has been important for me to be an inspiring role model for my children.
"They have seen the small and varied steps I've taken to get where I am, I'd like to think that my story can inspire others to do the same."
Sam is continuing to support and inspire students by offering placements in her salon for Barnsley College apprentices.
