A HOUSING estate will be built on the site of the former Longcar Centre.
The development would consist of 30 semi-detached houses and two detached houses.
These will be made up of six two storey, two-bedroom houses, 16 two storey, three-bedroom houses, and ten three storey, four-bedroom houses.
