THE SITE of the former Longar Conference Centre could be used to build 32 house, if a plan gets the go-ahead.
Barnsley Council has applied for planning permission to develop the site on Longcar Lane for 30 semi-detached houses - some of which will be three story four-bedroom ones.
It will be considered by the planning board next week.
