WORK will start next month on an enormous industrial unit just off th M1 at Birdwell.
The Gateway 36 - developed by Harworth Estates will provide high-quality manufacturing and logistics space and is expected to be completed in September.
It is part of the second of three phases of the Gateway 36 development.
A third and final phase will comprise a drive-through restaurant, a hotel or car showroom and a ‘Farmhouse Inn’ pub, operated by Greene King.
