MOTORISTS have been warned that there are delays of up to an hour on a busy stretch of the M1.
Highways England say the incident is on the southbound junctions between Junction 36 and 33.
It says journey times could take 50 minutes longer than expected and normal conditions aren't expected to resume until after 7.30pm.
It is thought the delays are caused by the recovery of an earlier broken down vehicle.
