POLICE have launched an appeal to trace a 12-year-old girl who is missing from Barnsley.
Lois Elliott is originally from Liverpool but now lives in Royston, Barnsley.
She was last seen at her school in Kettlethorpe, Wakefield, at around 9.15am on Monday.
She was seen getting on a train from Wakefield to Leeds, with the intention of returning to Liverpool.
Lois was last seen wearing a black puffa-style jacket, a black crop top, black leggings and fluorescent pink trainers.
She is 5ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with long dark hair with a red tinge, and has a strong Liverpudlian accent.
