POLICE are appealing for information after the driver of a car involved in a collision died.
At around 11am on January 24, a silver Nissan Micra was in collision with two parked cars on Skiers View Road, opposite its junction with Greno View in Hoyland.
The driver, an 80-year-old woman, was taken to hospital with injuries that were not thought to be serious.
However, her condition deteriorated overnight and she passed away the following day.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or the events leading up to the collision.
Anyone with information is asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 395 of January 24.
