Mother urges people to lookout for stolen family car

A MOTHER from Hoyland is appealing for people to keep a lookout for her family car that was stolen in Barnsley.

Emma Bowen said: "The car was stolen on Sunday, October 11, between 11.30am and 12.45pm. It was parked on Smithies Lane while my husband was at the football."

It is a silver five door Renault Megane with the registration number YY55KKL.

There was lots of children's belongings in the car, including booster seats, school stuff and football kits.

Any sightings should be reported to police by calling 101.
