A WORSBROUGH man has challenged himself to give up alcohol for a month, with the added difficulty of only drinking water.
Wayne Wall took the plunge on his 42nd birthday in November 2013 and gave up alcohol for a whole year.
He raised a whopping £1,700 for Cancer Research UK.
Wayne said: "This time not only will I abstain from alcohol, I will only be drinking water.
"No alcohol-free, tea, coffee, pop, milk. Basically, just water for the whole of October."
