A MAN from Barnsley is bravely taking part in a sponsored leg wax to raise money for two charities close to his heart.
The sponsored wax will take place at a fundraising event at the Jump Club on Saturday, March 26.
There will be lots of entertainment including a disco, karaoke, face painters and a raffle.
Money raised will go to the British Heart Foundation and Bonfield Centre in Wombwell.
Alison Taylor said: "My partner, John Fellows, chose the charities because his mum passed away earlier this year from a heart attack and his disabled sister attends the Bonfield Centre.
"We're now looking for raffle and tombola prizes to help raise money for the charities."
