A HEARTLESS thief has stolen a mobility scooter from an 85-year-old man who relies on it to get around.
Police in Barnsley are asking for help in finding the scooter that was stolen in Kendray on Thursday, September 17.
The mobility scooter was parked outside a home in Red Hill Avenue while the owner visited a friend between 10.45am and 11.45am.
When the elderly man came outside, the scooter was gone.
