POLICE are appealing for information after taxis parked overnight at a nursing home in Wombwell had their tyres slashed.
A fleet of cars belonging to Wombwell firm J and M Taxis were damaged sometime between Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
This caused around £500 worth of damage.
The taxis were left overnight in a car park at Parklands Nursing Home on Park Street.
WABer Lisa Swallow, who is a director at J and M, said: "We have permission to park at the nursing home and have done for many years."
A witness reported seeing a man in a dark-coloured hooded top and dark shorts running from away from the car park at around 6.10am on September 6.
