FORMER Barnsley FC defender Bobby Hassell will take part in a question and answer session at the launch event of Costa Live.
Legacy Church have teamed up with Costa Coffee in Barnsley town centre to run monthly live lounge sessions starting in September.
Launching on September 20, Costa Live will feature a range of acoustic artists and faith stories, with guests enjoying free coffee.
There will also be a question and answer session on faith and football with Bobby Hassell.
Campus Pastor at Legacy Church, Ben Hampshire, 23, said, “Church is not about stained glass windows or a specific building, it’s about a community of people coming together and that can happen anywhere, which is why we’re so excited to be kickstarting these Sunday evening sessions."
Following the September launch night, Costa Live will take place on the first Sunday of every month at Costa Coffee.
