PEOPLE are being encouraged to vote for Elsecar park to help them win a prestigious award.
The park is in with a chance of receiving the honour of nation’s favourite park, following its success in this year’s Green Flag Awards.
Coun Jenny Platts said: "We’re extremely proud that Elsecar Park is a contender in this year’s People’s Choice Award.
“To see it named the nation’s favourite park would be fantastic. I’d really like to encourage people to take a couple of minutes and vote for it online.”
