A MAN was threatened with a knife before being told to hand over money in Cudworth on Tuesday, August 4.
Police are investigating the robbery which took place near to a shop on Syndale Road at around 11.50am.
The man reportedly took a small sum of money from the victim and fled towards Barnsley Road.
Fortunately the victim was not injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build.
He was wearing a scarf around his face up to his eyes and his hood up.
Anyone who might have witnessed the robbery is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 378 of 4 August 2015.
