A SAFETY alert has been issued for 27 million IKEA chest and drawers after two children died.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has warned people to stop using IKEA's wardrobes and chests of drawers for children unless they are securely attached to the wall.
Two children died after IKEA's MALM chests fell on them in 2014.
Since 1989, IKEA says it knows of reports of three additional deaths from tip-overs involving other models of IKEA chests and dressers.
IKEA are now offering wall-fixing kits for 27 million of its items.
