BARNSLEY ladies rugby team will be taking part in the Rother Valley Pretty Muddy 5k race for life on Saturday, July 18.
The team only came together last year and have since met all the criteria needed to make it into a league this season.
All money raised from the muddy obstacle course will go to Cancer Research UK - a charity very close to the women's hearts.
Barnsley ladies rugby team will play their first game of the season on September 20.
Anyone is welcome along to training at Shaw Lane from 6pm on Tuesdays.
