A BABY and toddler group that has been running for 35 years could be forced to close if they can't find someone to run it.
Jaki Mallinson has been running the group in Hoylandswaine this year but can't continue in September.
The mum of two said: "It's a really lovely group. It helps the children develop by playing together, and signing together, but it also helps get parents together to meet and chat, and share their experiences.
"It would more or less run itself because the parents are all great and would all muck in, but nobody seems to be able to take on the overall responsibility of opening up and closing up after."
The group meets every Monday from 9.30am to 11.30am at Hoylandswaine Village Hall.
