FASHION giant ASOS is offering Barnsley young people the chance to get started in fashion as part of a new project.
The company has teamed up with the Civic and The Prince's Trust for the ‘Get Started with Fashion’ event in May.
It is open to young people (not in education or employment) between 16 and 25 and will show them practical skills in fashion design, decoration, mood boards and key trend ideas - travel expenses and lunch are provided. A spokesman added: "After the programme, the young people will receive up to 3 months support to help them get to where they want to be, either through further training, education or employment."
Anyone who is interested in taking part in the project, should contact The Civic.
