A DELAPIDATED primary school and performing arts centre will be demolished to make way for a housing estate.
Grove Street Primary School and the performing arts centre (PADS) will be knocked down to make way for a development of 11 two-bedroom terraced houses, 12 three-bedroom terraced houses and nine three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
