A BARNSLEY man has been named and shamed and fined over £200 for failing to pick up his dog's mess.
David Tasker of Reginald Road, Kendray, was issued with a £50 fixed penalty notice from the borough's dog warden but failed to pay.
The matter was sent to Barnsley Magistrates Court on 20 April, where the penalty was increased to £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge.
Mr Tasker also had to pay costs of £120.
