ROCK band Seventh Son are performing a rare gig in Barnsley to raise cash for Barnsley Hospice.

The rock legends are celebrating their 35th anniversary with a gig in Underground at The Londoner on May 21.

David Clayton from the Underground said: "It's good stuff. Seventh Son have not played in Barnsley for years and we have been trying to get them on for ages. I'm 53 and although we have new young bands on here, Seventh Son are a bit of a legend."

Tickets are available by calling 07896 246717. Doors open on the night at 7.30pm.
