A MOTORCYCLIST is in hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Barnsley.
The 44-year-old man was riding a green Kawasaki ZX10 along Oakdale from High Street at around 5pm when for reasons unknown, the man is believed to have lost control, collided with a parked van and fallen from the bike.
He was taken to hospital where his condition is described as serious as a result of the incident.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to please call 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111, quoting incident number 769 of February 18.
