A BARNSLEY pub is set to be converted into two houses.
The Wharncliffe Arms, on Fish Dam Lane, Carlton, will become two semi-detached houses after approval was given to Donald Graham to convert the pub.
The pub has been closed since early 2014 and the building and land is in a derelict state.
The access ramp and entrance are to be demolished to improve the overall appearance of the building and give it more of a domestic look and feel.
