A MAN who has denied sexually touching a 12-year-old girl has been sent to Sheffield Crown Court.
Robert Smith, 40, of Belmont Avenue, Smithies, will make his first appearance on December 30.
He was granted conditional bail at Barnsley Magistrates' Court.
