A MAN accused of rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm has been sent to Sheffield Crown Court.
John Searle, 28, of William Street, Goldthorpe, will make his first appearance on February 5.
He was granted conditional bail and made no pleas at Barnsley Magistrates' Court.
