STEPHANIE Hirst and Noddy will be switching on Barnsley's Christmas lights this year.
Children’s favourite Noddy will be making guest appearances at intervals throughout the day on Wednesday November 19.
He will also be joining in the fun at Barnsley Town Hall for the big switch-on at 6pm, which will be followed by the annual firework display.
Host Stephanie Hirst will be doing the countdown.
Entertainment begins at 5pm.
