It's that time of year again! Bonfire and firework displays will be taking place across the town and we've created a WAB Guide so you can see where they are.

Cannon Hall's bonfire and firework extravaganza will take place on Sunday November 2. The popular event will see its bonfire being lit from 4.30pm, with fireworks going off at 5.30pm.

Admission - which is free for under threes and £7.95 otherwise if booked in advance - includes farm entry from 10.30am with all the activities such as tractor and trailer rides, milking demos and sheep and ferret racing.

The event will end at 6.30pm.

There's an event at Athersley Rec FC on Saturday November 8th. There'll be a snack bar, bar, raffle, fire and fireworks. The event is free and kicks off at 5pm.

The ‪Fairway, Dodworth. There will be food stalls including burgers and pie and peas. Its fire and firework displays will also take place on November 8. The nights starts at 5pm and the bonfire will start soon after. The event is free.

The Traveller's Inn at Oxspring are having a bonfire and firework display on Wednesday November 5, starting 6:30.

Locke Park's popular event is on Saturday November 8. Roger Tuby's & Son Funfair will be in attendance.

Tankersley Parish Council's bonfire takes place Saturday November 8 at the rear of Tankersley Welfare Hall. Food will be on sale from 6pm before the bonfire's lit at 6.45pm. The firework display starts at 7.30pm.

Oaks Working Men's Club on Doncaster Road will have their display on Wednesday November 5. The bonfire will be lit at 7pm and the fireworks will start at 7.30pm.
