A BLAST from the past has rocked up on Peel Street in Barnsley in the shape of a new vinyl record shop.
Vinyl Underground Records opened its doors on Saturday and has a stock of 50,000 vinyl records.
The business is a joint venture from brother and sister-in-law Andy Shaw and Christine Bower.
Christine said: "We are already committed music fans but there is still a lot to learn.
"Record collectors really know their stuff, right down to the details of label design."
Andy and Christine are also looking at supplying vintage vinyl and vintage record players like the classic and much sought after Dansette models.
