BARNSLEY lass Hannah Kenworthy flew around the world after meting the love of her life in the town's Walkabout bar.
Hannah, 31, met her husband and former Walkabout manager Matt Parker on a night out.
After holidaying in his hometown of Hobart, Tasmania, the pair have since moved there, got jobs, bought a house and got married.
They are expecting their first child in March.
The former Holgate English teacher loves living in what she calls a "beautiful place, unspoiled by tourism".
"Life here is very laid back and relaxed," she added. "The people are really friendly and will chat to you about anything and everything, which reminds me a lot of the locals in Grimethorpe."
Hannah said she misses being surrounded by people who sound the same as her and is also hoping to squeeze a few Barnsley FC games in when she comes back to visit in September.
