A NEW manager has joined the team at Holiday Inn Barnsley and says her aim is to move the hotel forward.

Ann Kelly joins as operations manager and says her focus will be on building the existing service standards.

Ann said: “We will be implementing some positive changes all aimed at enhancing the guest experience. Everyone in the team brings their own strengths and experience to hotel and we are confident that all our customers will see high quality and attention and detail in the first class service we provide.”
