THE Reds have signed Keith Treacy on a two-year deal.

Treacy, 25, was a free agent after being released from Premier League newcomers Burnley - despite playing 31 times in last season's promotion-winning campaign.

The midfielder, who has six Republic of Ireland caps to his name, was born in Dublin and has enjoyed stints at Blackburn Rovers, Sheffield United and Preston North End.

He said: "Danny Wilson laid out his plans for the club and where he wanted to take them - I wanted to be a part of that.

"Hopefully we'll be able to get out of League One as soon as possible."
