A LOCKE Park play day which was due to take place on Wednesday has been postponed due to weather concerns.
The day has been rearranged for August 27, running from 11am to 3pm.
'Playday', which is a national celebration of children's right to play, is also a campaign that highlights the importance of play in children's lives.
A spokesperson for Barnsley's Early Childhood Services, which organised the Locke Park day, apologised for any inconvenience caused by the postponement.
