A MAN was caught heavy petting with a 15-year-old girl outside Barnsley Interchange - weeks after he was forbidden from seeing her.
Jordan Lee Dokic, 22, who was said to have a mental age of 15, was captured on CCTV in an affectionate embrace, said Julian Flewitt, defending.
Mr Flewitt said Dokic, of Station Road, Royston, had ended the non-sexual relationship with the girl after police served him with an abduction notice, but met her a few weeks later.
Chantel Lowery-Green, prosecuting, said the mother of the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been worried about the relationship with Dokic.
Dokic, who admitted an offence under the Child Abduction Act, will be sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court on August 19 and was granted unconditional bail.
