RSPB Old Moor has been awarded the TripAdvisor certificate of excellence for the second year running.
The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is only given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding reviews on the travel website.
To qualify, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five stars, and must have been listed on the website for at least 12 months.
Matthew Capper, Old Moor's site manager, said it is a great achievement for the 250-acre reserve, which is visited by more than 105,000 people each year.
"It's absolutely fantastic that we've been able to maintain such a high standard of experience for our visitors," he said.
"We've had some wonderful comments from visitors, which reassures us that we're on the right path and delivering the right kind of activities.
"We work really hard to provide a great visitor experience and we're pleased to see our visitors agree that we do."
