A REWARD of up to £10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of John Heald, the man suspected of murdering a Bridlington landlady.
Heald, 53, is wanted by the police after Bei Carter was murdered at a guest house on July 18. He is also wanted for a serious offence in Sheffield on July 13.
Following a joint appeal by police forces in South Yorkshire and Humberside, over 200 sightings of Heald have been reported, including at Wath, Mexborough and Rotherham, where Heald is from.
He is described as being 5ft 11in tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and short hair. His right ear is pierced and he has tattoos on his hands and arms.
Officers this week have focused their search around the Cortonwood area.
