PRODUCERS are preparing to descend upon Barnsley town centre to offer their range of continental must-haves.
Following on from the great success last year, over 40 continental market stalls will be set up in Cheapside, May Day Green and Peel Square from April 24 to April 27.
Visitors will be able to buy wine, breads, patisseries, beer, meats, cheeses, clothing and gifts from all over the continent including produce from Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Poland and also items from the United Kingdom.
The market will be open from 9am to 5.30pm each day.
While the market is in town, a road closure will be in place on Cheapside, Queen Street, Peel Square, New Street, May Day Green and Market Street.
