Cancellation: The family fun day due to take place at Worsbrough Mill this Easter weekend has been postponed due to this week's low temperatures.

The activities will be rescheduled for the bank holiday in May (Saturday 25 and Sunday 26).

Stores will be open on Friday and Saturday as usual, but the store and pharmacy are both closed on Easter Sunday, and will be open from 10am - 4pm on Monday.


Over Easter weekend, domestic bins will be emptied on their normal scheduled days.

Waste and recycling will be collected on Good Friday and Saturday as per householders' normal schedule.

Residents whose clinical waste collection service falls on Easter Monday will be changed to Wednesday April 3.

Residents are asked to ensure that their bins are presented for collection by 6am on collection days.


On Good Friday, March 29, a Saturday service will operate on all services.

Saturday March 30 will see a normal Saturday service in operation.

On Easter Sunday, March 31, and Easter Monday, April 1, a Sunday service will operate.

From Tuesday April 2, all services will run as normal.
