TWO men have been arrested in connection with a number of catalytic convertor thefts in Barnsley.
Police were called to the Mercedes Benz factory on Wentworth Way, Tankersley at approximately 2.50am on September 23 after someone reported seeing men removing catalytic convertors from a van at the site.
With the help of a dog handler and the police helicopter, the men were traced.
The men - from Birmingham and Wolverhampton - were arrested, charged with theft and released on bail.
Both are due to appear at Sheffield Crown Court later in the year.
