CCTV stills of a woman wanted in connection to a theft from a UGO supermarket have been released by police.

The alleged incident took place on August 27 at around 7.30pm when the lady filled her bags with shopping worth about £40 at the supermarket in Monk Bretton. She attempted to pay for a bottle of pop, but when challenged about the items she had been placing in her bag, she fled from the store.

She is described as white, around 5ft 7in, between the ages of 40-50 years old with short blonde hair and of a medium build.

It is believed at the time of the incident she was wearing blue trousers, with a blue, green and white patterned top.
