Young Champions 2020 will culminate in a glitzy presentation ceremony and we’ll be revealing the details soon.
By then, we’ll have whittled down the nominations to a shortlist in each of the categories:

•Young Team of the Year (entertainment)
•Young Team of the Year (community)
•Young Volunteer

•Young Conquerer
•Special Achievement

“I’m forever blown away by the exceptional achievements and efforts of some of the younger members of our community who have already made their mark on society and I look forward to celebrating this later on this year.
“We are intentionally keeping the nomination process as simple as possible so if you know someone worthy of recognition, just visit the Barnsley Chronicle website or send an email to abk@barnsley-chronicle.co.uk and tell us their name, a phone number for the young person or a parent or guardian, and a bit of detail about why they deserve to be nominated – leave the rest to us.
