X-Men Actor Comes To Barnsley

FAMOUS actor Sir Patrick Stewart will be in Barnsley tomorrow for graduation day.

Students from University Campus Barnsley will be having a ceremony in The Civic and there will be a procession of 85 graduates in their robes and academic headgear walking from the University Campus to the venue.

Sir Patrick Stewart – whose film roles include ‘Star Trek’ and ‘The X Men’ – is the Chancellor of the University Campus Barnsley, which is part of the University of Huddersfield.

Sir Patrick will hand out awards to a total of 221 students at the ceremonies.

Ironic that the majority of film students won't be there graduating tomorrow...
