Love Notes: Leave A Message For Your Valentine!

We Are Barnsley is running a 'Love Notes' Radio Show especially for your Valentine messages.

All you need to do is comment on this thread and request a song and leave a message for your Valentine and we will read it out as part of our romantic show.

The show will be podcast so you can spread the love to your Valentine any time you want to.

All you need to do is comment in the box below before February 10 - remember to leave your name, your Valentine name and message and your song request.

If you are planning something secret for Valentine's like a special proposal, we'd love to hear about it! Email nicky@wearebarnsley.com. Who knows? We might be able to help!

yano what its late but thought id share it with you anyways lol met my bloke on internet about 4years ago we moved in together on the 26th of may 2010 he travelled from bristol to barnsley to be with me alot was going on in my life back then drinking drugs the lot even stuck a 6year beating from my ex when i met brynley my life changed forever i stopped the drinking and the drugs brynley became everything i ever wante and needed apart from... when i was sixteen i longed for a baby i knew a baby would change my life at the age of 27 i almost given up hope of ever havin children something i longed for , for so long on the 22nd of november i found out i was pregnant it was plain sailing to say the least i ended up with goll stones carrying my daughter 44 trips to a & e at one point became life threatening for me and my unborn child on the 16th of july 2011 something didnt seem right i got rushed down to the labour suite there a doctor checked me over said i was one centimetre dilated but the doctor broke my waters anyway which started contractions my little girl's head got stuck in my birth canal at this point my daughters heart beat hit 40 so i had to have an emergency c section was touch and go as i was coming round we thought that was it but we was wrong my little girl was born (now named honey denise) with a cleft lip palate and gum we have to travel to nottingham at least 4 times for operations doin to make honey better all the time we held each other so close holding on praying that the one thing in our lifes was ere but yet not in our arms when honey was 12weeks old they repaired her lip and nose she should have gone back on the 14th of feb for her palate doing but ended up with a chest infection so now her op is on 28th of feb you would think thats all the bad luck wouldnt you ? no after they took me out of theatre i had two drain sights in my stomach and for nearly 8months ive had a hole in my stomach that as never stopped leaking fluid ive been on antibiotics for 28weeks or there about due to me getting infection on top of infection from this hole in my stomach i have district nurses out every 2days to re dress my wound before then i was on a vax machine which i had to carry everywhere i went all the time brynley stood by me and our daughter ive not been able to do anything for nearly 8months brynley as done everything i mean EVERYTHING i couldnt have fund a nicer man to spend the rest of my life with most men would have walked with what we have had to put up with would just like to say Brynley Martin Smith i love you with all my heart and soul i know without you and our beautiful baby girl i wouldnt be here now i thankyou so much for coming into my life and changing my whole world for the better i will spend the rest of my life loving you i dont always show you i love you baby but i really really do cant wait till im better and become Mrs Smith xmwahx all my love your fiancee Susan (((( OUR SONG IS HALO BY BEYONCE )))) thankyou for letting me share my story NEVER GIVE UP ON WHAT YOU BELIEVE NEVER TURN YOUR BACK ON HOPE.....x heres a pic of our little girls life so far x
