A MAN sustained life-threatening injuries - after being hit by a cyclist.

The 37-year-old pedestrian is being treated in Barnsley Hospital after being injured in the collision on September 8 at 6.05pm at Barnsley Road, Cudworth.

The cyclist, a 20-year-old man, was not injured and yesterday police said they were still trying to find out why the victim suffered such serious injuries.

Officers are keen to hear from witnesses, call 101 quoting incident 901 of September 8.

Well if it was a someone on a bicycle getting knocked off by a car driver the car driver would be getting done for it no matter who was at fault so a someone on a bicycle should be getting done for hitting someone on foot

? ?..If the cyclist was doing normal speed , and someone runs out in front of him on a main road.. hows it the cyclists fault ?..It would be how the person fell, which would cause him to have bad injuries ..
